1 Order Cancellation Policy
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.
Before Fulfillment: Email support@donori.shop immediately with your order number. We will cancel your order and issue a 100% refund instantly.
After Fulfillment: Once a tracking number is generated, the order cannot be canceled. Please wait for delivery and request a return within 30 days.
2 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns after this period will not be accepted.
Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn and unused, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
3 How to Initiate a Return
Email support@donori.shop with your order number and photos of the item.
If approved, we will send return instructions within 24 hours. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
4 Return Shipping Fees
Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items: Donori covers all return shipping costs and provides a prepaid label.
Change of Mind / Wrong Size: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5 Restocking Fees
Donori charges no restocking fees. No hidden fees, ever.
6 Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your order upon arrival. Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery to support@donori.shop, including photos. We will resolve the issue immediately.
7 Exchanges
We offer free exchanges within 30 days. Email support@donori.shop with your order number and the item or size you need. We will handle the exchange at no extra cost.
8 Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you with approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
