At Donori, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Sale items and final clearance items are non-returnable.

How to Request a Return

• Email us at support@donori.shop with your order number and reason for return.
• We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability.
• Contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will resolve it immediately at no cost to you.
