If you are a resident of California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) grant you the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information to third parties.
At Donori, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data.
Our Commitment to Data Privacy
Donori does not sell your personal information for monetary compensation in the traditional sense.
However, like many online stores, we use tracking tools, cookies, and advertising networks, such as Google and Meta, that analyze browsing data to deliver personalized ads. Under California law, this practice may be interpreted as “selling” or “sharing” data.
How to Exercise Your Opt-Out Rights
If you wish to opt out of having your personal data used for targeted advertising, you can submit a request using either method below.
1 Email Request
Send an email to support@donori.shop with the subject line: “CCPA Do Not Sell/Share My Info”
Please include your full name and the email address associated with your account or purchase.
2 Phone Request
Call us at +1 530 986 9259 to submit a verbal opt-out request.
Global Privacy Control (GPC) & Browser Signals
We actively recognize and respect Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.
If your browser is configured to transmit a GPC opt-out preference signal, our website will automatically detect it and restrict non-essential third-party marketing cookies during that session.
What Data Is Restricted When You Opt Out?
Once your opt-out request is successfully processed, we will stop sharing your browsing behavior, cart history, and device identifiers with third-party tracking networks for cross-context behavioral advertising.
You may still see generic advertisements, but they will no longer be customized based on your activities on donori.shop.
